Best customer service
Our customer service is available everyday to assist you in finding the best offer and activating and using your Travel SIM Card.
Planning your next trip ? Choose a tourist SIM card to stay connected abroad. Thanks to internet access through mobile data, you'll be able to enjoy all the local services and make the most of your stay. Your SIM card is pre-activated, so all you have to do is insert it into your phone as soon as you arrive at your destination.
The eSIM is a digital SIM card that allows you to enjoy your mobile plan without needing to insert a physical SIM card into your device. Convenient and easy to use, you simply download the eSIM onto your phone by scanning a QR code to access your data anywhere !
Orange Holiday can be purchased online at travel.orange.com (eSIM only), in the Orange stores in mainland France or in specific Relay stores located in airports and train stations.
Your SIM card will be activated once it has been inserted in your phone and connected to the cellular network. The process is automatic, no action is required from you.
Regarding the eSIM version, Orange Holiday will be active once the QR code has been scanned and the phone connected to the cellular network. The process is automatic, no action is required from you.
In order to avoid the unintentional activation of your SIM card or an unwanted usage of mobile data, we recommend to insert the SIM card only when you arrive at your destination.
If you own an eSIM version of Orange Holiday, you can scan it with your phone as soon as you received it by mail. It will only become active once connected to the European cellular network.
Your SIM card is valid for 14 days from the moment of its activation, meaning from the moment the SIM card has been inserted into your phone and that it starts using the cellular network.
If you own the eSIM version of Orange Holiday, the validity of the eSIM is the same, 14 days from the moment you start using the cellular network. During these 14 days, you must identify yourself at Orange.fr.
